By accessing and using Bootylite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

Bootylite provides an Old School RuneScape (OSRS) automation client built on RuneLite, including automation scripts and plugins. Access to specific content is based on your subscription or assigned permissions.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must:

  • Create an account and verify your email
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the software
  • Use the software for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or license verification measures
  • Engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Access the service using automated tools or bots

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or refund. Reasons include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, sharing credentials or software, and chargebacks or payment disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through Bootylite are the property of Bootylite or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal use.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Service, you consent to the collection of certain data including your account information, license/subscription status, and basic usage logs necessary to operate and secure the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bootylite, its staff, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including game bans, loss of data or progress, hardware or software damage, and financial losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
